Thank you Brian for all you help I couldn’t have completed my BK without your you and your team. Many of days it was very hard for me with such a high monthly payment but by the grace of Jesus and the heart that you have for helping people god made a way. I feel like we will forever have a friendship and be family from all the years we worked together. When I came in your office in 2012 I didn’t know that where I would end up but you never gave up on me. I know Tom Vaughn has passed away but he was very kind also and I’m glad I finished as he was my trustee . Tears run down my face as I have a second chance and will never go back to all the debit I was in. I will refer everyone to your office you and your team get the JOB DONE.

Brian Deshur is the truth when it comes to knowing what needs to be done when filing Bankruptcy. I went to file a chapter 13 alone and after reviewing my information he assured me that my wife and I needed to file together. This has tremendously helped our current situation to getting back in track after being without a job part of 2016. I found Brian to be very organized and responsive wether contacted by phone or email. He even had his assistant contact me back when he was on vacation to answer a question. We quickly referred others to him that we're in similar situations and assured them that Brian will get the job done. I have had different experiences with law attorneys for different reasons, but Brian has been the best with his knowledge and consulting thus far.

I would have to say "the thought of filing for bankruptcy has always been a HUGE fear for me," but working with Brian has made this process pretty easy as can be! He's professional, well educated, has great patience and most importantly affordable. He's even customized a plan that would fit my budget. He's so personable that I truly felt important to his firm, like he dedicated his time making sure I was out of debt; and not just after my money. He has provided me with unlimited knowledge on budgeting and how going through the process can actually benefit me! I would recommend anyone who is in NEED of a fresh start! Thank you Brian.

I came to Brian in dire straits. My property/living situation were being threatened by creditors. Brian took my phone call, assessed my situation, and proposed several solutions. Based on our telephone conversation, I made an appointment with Brian. Brian's office demeanor is pleasant, non judgemental, efficient, trustworthy, and fast. He explained each step to me and what would be upcoming steps. Brian delivered great results and he saved my home! Brian will pick up his phone to respond to my questions, day or night. After I met with Brian and we filed, I was able to finally sleep at night. Brian understands that time is of the essence and he is grace under pressure when advocating for his clients. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone facing a financial crisis or losing their home. He will come to your rescue!
